This image represents a number of different things:  The image is inspired by the god Shiva who’s aspects are that of creator, preserver, destroyer, concealer, and revealer.  In the picture a chunky woman (much like myself) is holding three totems- a hammer, a mirror and a bar of gold.  The bar of gold represents knowing our own self-worth, as in ‘worth your weight in gold’.  The mirror represents seeing ourselves clearly and the hammer is meant to completely destroy any negative ideals that we may cling to; those that are foisted upon us forcibly and those of our own choosing.
